About · MMXXVI

We help founders turn ideas into products, then launch them.

Zenpho is a product studio. We clarify the scope, design the experience, engineer what matters, and ship something you can put in front of real users. You learn from real usage, not assumptions.

Founder

Janse Lazo

Built by an operator, not a contractor. You talk to the person making the build decisions.

I'm Janse Lazo. Before Zenpho, I co-founded Taptok, a B2B SaaS that launched to more than 15,000 customers across 75-plus countries, with enterprise clients including Authentic Brands Group, Banesco, Kodiak Gas, Consolidated Electric Group, and the City of Coral Gables.

Years of running product, support, and engineering as a single system taught me what actually ships. That is why Zenpho is a product studio — we design, build, and launch software founders can put in front of real users, because I learned the hard way that a product without a launch plan does not move a business.

Every project on this page, I personally scope, build, and review. If we work together, you talk to me, not an account manager three time zones from the code.

Philosophy

How we think about product delivery

Five working principles, drawn from years of shipping software in production, for clients and for ourselves.

Icanon

Clarity beats thrash.

We document assumptions, sequencing, and tradeoffs early, so builders and stakeholders share the same picture of scope, milestones, and risk.

IIcanon

The smallest coherent release wins.

We bias toward scopes that prove value quickly, experience and quality included, over plans that balloon before users ever click.

IIIcanon

Instrumentation is part of the build.

If you cannot see adoption, friction, or errors, you cannot iterate. Observability is planned alongside features, not bolted on after launch.

IVcanon

Launch is part of the product.

A product nobody can use does not count. We plan staging, QA, deployment, and handoff as part of the build — not an afterthought once the code is done.

Vcanon

Your stack should evolve with you.

We integrate sensibly with what you already rely on, from auth and commerce to CRMs, and focus on the seams that unblock velocity.

Who we serve

Built for founders shipping products

If you are taking an idea to launch, or you have a product and need it to grow, we are built for you.

01Tech founders turning a concept into an MVP, a demo, or first paying customers
02E-commerce founders launching a store that has to sell from day one
03SaaS teams that need senior hands across UX, engineering, and release
04Founders who shipped v1 and need a v2, stabilization, or a production-ready launch
05Brands that want design, engineering, and launch handled by one team
06Non-technical founders who want weekly visibility into scope and progress
What we ship

From idea to operating product

IDiscovery

Pin the right problem first. Workshops, journey mapping, information architecture, prioritized screen plans.

IIDesign

Translate the brief into screens that ship. UX/UI, design system and tokens, dev-ready notes, component library.

IIIEngineering

Build the product, not a prototype. Web and mobile frontends, APIs and data models, auth and accounts, admin consoles.

IVIntegrations

Connect to the systems you already run. Payments, CRMs and email, messaging, analytics, third-party APIs.

VRelease

Get it live without surprises. Staging, QA, instrumentation, DNS and hosting cutover.

VILaunch

Ship with confidence. Staging, QA, production deployment, analytics, and documentation handoff.

Our story

Why we built Zenpho

Most product ideas fail slowly. Scope creeps, the experience stays fuzzy, engineering restarts, or launch day arrives with no plan to bring in users. We founded Zenpho to compress that risk, and to make sure the product actually reaches the people it is for.

Our work sits where studio craft meets operator reality: a Design, Build, Launch, Grow cadence you can read. What is scoped, what shipped this week, what is live, and what is bringing in customers.

Founded in Miami, working in English and Spanish, Zenpho serves founders and brands across the United States and worldwide.

Speed without clarity is just expensive motion.

We apply the same loops we use shipping our own software: prioritize the riskiest assumptions, instrument the product, demo often, launch, then grow and tighten after real traffic.

Journey

From software craft to shipping products

MMXVIII

Software craft

Years building and releasing software reinforced a simple rhythm: clarify, design the smallest coherent experience, build with observable quality, ship, learn, tighten.

MMXX

Taptok

The chapter that shaped our discipline, growing from zero to fifteen thousand customers across enterprise clients and thousands of SMBs.

MMXXII

Full-stack rhythm

Living inside support, product, and engineering as one system is what we carry into every engagement.

MMXXIII

SoldTools live

Owning production software keeps us honest about maintenance and what happens after launch.

MMXXVI

Zenpho today

A product studio. We design, build, and launch products for founders, backed by an engineer who still ships production software.
